Law enforcement officers have been working off duty security assignments for almost as long as there have been police officers. Over the years, many companies have come to depend heavily on the availability of off duty cops to augment their security needs throughout the United States. Almost without exception, these off duty police officers were employed directly by the companies that needed the service. These relationships presented unique issues for the companies, as well as the police officers hired by the companies. AmeriCop provides solutions to these issues and offers a unique staffing model for companies and officers to rely on. AmeriCop Franchising is offering a limited number of territories in the US for investors to grow their own security business using off duty police.

AmeriCop is a provider of off duty police officers to the private sector when circumstances or special needs require more than just a security guard. An AmeriCop Franchisee can offer a unique service that provides quality police officer selection, scheduling, supervision, and can provide these officers quickly for emergency response. In addition, an AmeriCop Franchisee will provide general liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage for all their police officers thereby minimizing their client's exposure to liability. Certain administrative functions of the business, such as payroll, invoicing and account reconciliation will be managed by AmeriCop corporate on behalf of its Franchisees. In short, an AmeriCop Franchisee will be able to offer a complete service package with a focus on customer service.
National Accounts Program
As an AmeriCop franchisee, you are eligible to participate in our National Accounts' Program. Currently, the parent company Off Duty Services, (ODS) has a tremendous portfolio of national accounts throughout the United States. As a national account's business grows at the corporate level, AmeriCop franchisees can be in a great position to grow as well.
Training and Support
Each franchisee receives 40 hours of training at our corporate facilityto educate and assist them in becoming successful. The training covers a range of topics such as, operations, sales and marketing, back office administration and financial reporting. These sessions are highly interactive and are conducted by the company's key executives. The AmeriCop franchising opportunity also provides our franchisees a comprehensive set of back office capabilities. Specifically, all payroll, invoicing and customer service functions are managed through the corporate office leaving the franchisee with the freedom to develop their market.
