How it all began
The beginning of Apartment Pro's® was an attempt of the founder, Dirk Bichsel, to pay his way through Graduate School in 1992. The business grew and created a lifestyle that was liberating. A retired doctor told Dirk that he worked his whole life to have the lifestyle of freedom that he had today. At the beginning of a new millennium, Apartment Pro's® is launching its franchise moving system. Our franchise goal for 2001-2003 was to launch seven new franchises with gross revenues exceeding two million dollars.

Earn your MD
All candidates for their degree start off at the apprentice level and progress towards receiving their MD (Moving Doctorate) via the Apartment Pro's® graduate school. Each candidate will participate in hands-on training that will simulate the real-world experiences as an Apartment Pro's® franchise owner. The training received will be as comprehensive as possible. Upon completing Apartment Pro's® Graduate School, candidates will receive the title of Moving Doctor (MD) and then their local practice can commence.

Your business investment includes:

• $20,000 Initial Franchise fee for the first Apartment Pro's® Territory
• $15,000 for a second or subsequent Apartment Pro's® Territory
• $10,000 Initial fee for a Precision Van Lines® Option
• 5% of gross revenues
• 1.5% advertising fee
• Plus trucks and startup expenses
