What training and support does @WORK provide?
Each @WORK franchise receives a 5-10 day initial training session at @WORK's Corporate Headquarters for the owner and up to two other individuals. This one-on-one training includes materials and courses relating to sales and business development, systems, recruiting/employment training, and financial management.Following your initial training session, @WORK will send operational staff to your office during the first months of operation to help you successfully launch your business by aiding in sales and operations.
As a franchisee, you will receive support from the 15 members of @WORK's operations staff on all aspects of your business. From finance and risk management to computer systems and payroll, our staff is ready to assist you.
In addition to your initial and on-site training, you may also elect to send additional staff members for training or come yourself for additional training sessions, all included under the initial training fee.
