At AWAT, we bring the gym to you. Our trucks have 20 workout stations that address strength , flexibility, core, agility, cardio vascular and most importantly the mind, body and spirit connection. You get to work out without the hassle of driving, parking, checking in, crowds etc, as time is a valued commodity and at AWAT we respect that.
