“Resistance band training offers a linear variable that mimics the strength curves of most muscles.” This increases the range of motion when the exercise done. All parts of the muscle are being worked. The BodyBoard system combines strength training, cardio, and functional movement support unlike any other fitness model. Da Vinci BodyBoard can also be used for rehabilitation purposes. The workout is designed to challenge several muscle groups at once (ex.squats and bicep curls in one movement).
