SITE LOCATION: The right location is a major factor in the success of your dollar store. We have an in-house team that can assist you in identifying the center and space to lease or purchase your store. We can help you look for centers with strong national stores as anchors and then provide you with demographics and traffic patterns of the area. If you lease space, we will read the lease with you, and pursue or follow up with the landlord on any necessary corrections you desire on your lease.

FIXTURING: We order and supply the FINEST fixtures in the business: metal frame, first-quality gondolas with tempered glass shelves and lighted showcases, glass shelves display units, jewelry cubes, inside and outside signs, and slat board to cover the walls.
