Founded by premier caterer, Harriet Dupree, in Lexington, Kentucky in 2003. Entrée Vous Kitchens is now offering franchise opportunities to select individuals. Qualified individuals will share our passion for great food, customer service and fun! A minimum net worth of $200K, with available liquid capital of $100K is required for a single store and net worth of $500K, with available liquid capital of $250K is required for multiple store development.

Entree Vous is at the forefront of one of the fastest growing segments in the food service industry: a "make, take & bake" meal assembly service catering to today's active families, professionals and empty nesters that want the luxury of a home cooked meal without all the time and expense it takes to create one.

Finally there is a way to make suppertime a little easier! Entree Vous Kitchens shop for groceries, prepare the ingredients and cleanup the mess. Entree Vous customers simply log on to our central web-site, select 6 or more delectable entrees from our 14 monthly selections and choose a location and time convenient for them. Upon arriving at an Entree Vous Kitchen, they assemble their choices using our recipes and the freshest prepared ingredients. Then they package and label entrees before heading home. Each entree serves four to six and is especially formulated to store in the freezer until it is baked off following the cooking instructions on the label. The cost per person is generally less than that of fast food and the time saved is great considering that six or more dinners can be made in little more than an hour.

For smaller families such as empty nesters and busy professional couples, Entree Vous provides packaging to assemble entrees in half portions, each with 2-3 servings. For added convenience, Entree Vous staff will assemble entrees to be picked up for a small additional charge.
