Profile of a successful Individual Franchisee

We are looking for business minded professionals with a passion for Early Childhood Education. They must:

• Be willing to work “on the business” not just “in the business” with a focus on future growth.
• An outgoing personality is a must and strong presentation skills are required to engage the children and families of your community.
• Possess a willingness to invest in the relationship with the customer is key as you are caring for your customer’s most prized possession…their children!

FasTracKids Business Owner

Operating your FasTracKids Enrichment Center is similar to operating other retail, service-oriented businesses. Your primary customers are parents while the consumers of your services are children. Marketing your business relies on referrals, social media and excellent customer/consumer care. Our franchisees tell us that both parents and children LOVE their FasTracKids experiences. Through our franchise system, you will receive 11 programs that enable you to build relationships with children as young as 6-months all the way up through 8 years of age.

Training & Support

FasTracKids actually offers a day-and-a-half of business operations training BEFORE you make the final decision to sign the agreement. There is a total of 10 days of initial operations and instructor training as well as on-going support as you prepare to open your business. Franchisees continue to build their skills at international and regional franchise meetings. An additional 5 days of training will be given to Master Franchisees.
