The Product: A new patented security device called the Garage Butler.
What it does: The Garage Butler will automatically close your garage door if it is left open by mistake.
Features:
- Protects you, your family and your personal belongings.
- NEW - our new Garage Butler model will go from 2 time settings to 6 time settings of 3-10-20-30-45 and 60 minutes. If there is an obstruction and the garage door openers safety feature makes the garage door go back up, the Garage Butler will reattempt to close the garage door after one minute instead of waiting an additional 30 minutes or so.
- Thirty second, audible alert before the garage doors closes which alerts the home owner.
- Light sensor, if it gets dark in the garage the Butler will attempt to close your garage door. On/Off switch, giving you complete control.
- LED status indicator, tells you if the Butler is counting down or if the unit is on hold.
- Manual open/close button, now you have another button that you can use to open and close your garage door with in addition to the existing one.
- Easy installation, with double sided tape, no holes to drill.
- Works with all garage door opener/closer manufacturer systems and with all new Government safety standards and features, such as automatic reversing mechanisms.
