Gizzi's fills a niche in the coffee industry, providing an enjoyable, upscale environment with hints of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin throughout the decor and music. It is more comfortable and open than a Starbucks yet has a more professional appearance than the variety of independent coffee shops that are in business today.
Gizzi's was started by Anton Sloan utilizing his fourteen years of experience in the coffee industry. Anton started a Roaster in 1992. The Roaster supplied many of the restaurants and coffee houses in the Denver-Metro area. Over the years, Anton has been exposed to thousands of restaurants and more specifically, hundreds of coffee houses. As a result, he has learned what it takes to succeed in this industry and what the common pitfalls are. Thus, Gizzi's was born!
