GooRu Girl’s founder Richard Logan believes that many other “fitness franchises” only seem to focus on making money with little, if any, passion for fitness, health or genuine concern for helping their members achieve real results. This philosophy has helped GooRu Girl clubs remain in business while countless others have come and gone. GooRu Girl Fitness focuses on providing structured programs that can be easily tailored to meet the individual needs of a woman regardless of her age, fitness level or experience. Provide this and you too can create a GooRu Girl Army in your community!

Getting Started

We understand that this is one of the most important decisions of your professional life. Our business trainer has been successfully running clubs for five years and realizes the importance of proper training to your ultimate success. We will teach you anything and everything you could expect to encounter as a club owner and even after your club is up and running, you can still feel confident that we will be there to offer support and assistance.

New partners are provided with all support materials and attend our four day training seminar instructed by GooRu Girl founder, Richard Logan. When you attend the seminar you will receive a checklist of actions that you will need to undertake in your desire to open your own facility. You will be guided in every phase of opening including:

• Types of Insurance Needed
• Lease Negotiations
• Site Selection
• Industry Specific Software
• Supplement Vendors
• Marketing Packages
• Daily Close Outs
• Fitness Evaluations
• Member Attraction and Retention Campaigns

In addition, you will receive all other collateral material that will be beneficial to you in your new club’s success.

Your Program, Your Choice

With GooRu Girl's hybrid business model there is no long term contract or commitment. You choose the program that works best for you. You can receive our support for as long as you need it and are free to choose your independence when you are ready.

Option 1: Licensee
We provide a structured licensing opportunity and help with site selection, planning, launching and marketing allowing licensees to use and operate under the GooRu Girl name for six months. At that time licensees can evaluate whether they need continued support and if they feel confident to go on their own, monthly fees are discontinued. At that point licensees are only required to pay an annual fee thereafter to continue using the GooRu Girl brand.

Option 2: Independent Ownership
New business owners open their own club using their own name. We provide the equipment and business training to assist with the opening of the new gym facility. Upon completion, business owners are then on their own.
