A franchisee has the unique opportunity to experience all the rewards of teaching children with the satisfaction of running your own highly profitable business. In addition a High Touch-High Tech® franchisee must have a basic desire to make a difference in the community in which they live.
Franchisees market their own geographical areas with the help and leadership of
High Touch-High Tech® corporate headquarters. Franchisee owners hire their own professional educators. All High Touch-High Tech® educators are required to have at least a four year teaching degree from an accredited college or university, with a certificate in teaching science or eligible. In addition all educators are required to complete the High Touch-High Tech® comprehensive training program.
Training
High Touch-High Tech® offers a unique 3 segment approach to training franchisees.
- The first segment is the actual franchise training which totally acquaints the new franchisee to all aspects in the world of franchising as it relates to the operations of your new High Touch-High Tech® franchise.
- The second segment provides for program instruction. Training will occur at our National Programming Offices in Coral Springs, Florida.
- The third segment is our marketing training package. This training provides a "cookbook" approach to marketing, promotions, and public relations to ensure your success and growth.
This comprehensive marketing approach will allow your franchise to grow at the fast pace we are now experiencing. It will also complement well the national advertising and marketing strategies that are in place, and orchestrated by our National Programming Offices. This comprehensive marketing package will insure a fast start for you in your new High Touch-High Tech® franchise.
Territory
As a franchisee you hold protected rights to your assigned geographical territory with all boundaries clearly established at the time you sign your franchise agreement.
