Site Selection and Lease Negotiations are a very important part of the opening process. Our National Real Estate team will assist you with the demographic analysis of your market, identify premier location in the market, and negotiate favorable lease terms. Each Franchisee has a dedicated Project Manager assigned to their opening. The Hotshots Project Manager will work closely with the architect, contractor, and you to ensure your location is opened in a timely and cost efficient manner. PRIOR TO OPENING
Prior to opening your Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill you will attend a four week training program at one or more of the corporate training facilities. During this time you will learn all aspects of operating a Hotshots and once completed will be ready to operate your own Hotshots.
NEW STORE OPENINGA few days prior and several days after the Grand Opening our Hotshots Certified Trainers will work with you at your location. Our Trainers will assist the back of the house, front of the house and franchisee to ensure a smooth Grand Opening. CONTINUED SUPPORT
During day to day operations, questions and situations may arise that you will needs assistance with. Our dedicated Support Specialist has years of "hands on" experience. They are available daily to assist you. MARKETING
Hotshots understands the importance of capturing every opportunity to increase sales. Hotshots marketing package is designed to increase revenues on a daily basis. Even more important there is always a promotion going on at Hotshots and it's never the "same old bar". Your Support Specialist will assist you with implementing the promotions at your Hotshots.
