Your Exclusive Territory
Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. will work with you to find a suitable location. A demographic evaluation will be made of the community. Transient business will also be evaluated. Only when the area is determined to be a suitable location will a geographic area be assigned to you.

Multi Unit Opportunities
Obee's has ground floor opportunities for multiple unit owners. You can start with only one unit and grow into multi unit franchising (5 units) or if you feel that you have the business skills and planning to build your business you can commit to several units to begin with in order to protect a specific territory. A special incentive program is available to Multi Unit Franchisees to assist in reducing the cost of building and operating a Multi Unit territory.

Continuous Support
For as long as you are a member of the Obee's sub shop "family," you will receive regular communication from the Home Office on new products, equipment, sales tips, and other new items. A Field Representative will make regular visits to your location to review your operation, make suggestions and help you find ways to increase your profits.

Investment
The total investment for an Obee's sub shop is approximately $100,000 to $130,000. This includes everything: franchise fee, leasehold improvements, equipment, initial inventory, deposits, and working capital. There is financing available to qualified individuals with as little as a $20,000 down payment. Don't let the small investment fool you; our restaurants can generate as much or more income as restaurants costing much more.
