How long does it take to open a new Philly Connection® restaurant?
Usually a six to eight week period is sufficient to complete the restaurant, after the construction permit is granted. This time may vary, due to availability of construction trades, developers timing for leasehold turnover for build out in a new shopping center, local inspection timing and other variables normally associated with any construction process.What kind of training will I receive?
Approved Franchisees will receive restaurant hands-on training in all aspects of the Philly Connection concept and operational procedures. Currently, a minimum of 80 hours of hands-on training and the successful completion of the policies and procedures exam is required before opening a newly franchised Philly Connection restaurant.
Does the Philly Franchising Company advertise and promote my restaurant?
Yes. The Philly Franchising Company establishes advertising and marketing programs on national, regional and local levels. Regional Advertising Cooperatives are established to increase the buying power of the franchisee group within a particular regional market area. All funds contributed are spent on advertising and marketing costs.
Will I receive ongoing operational support after I open my restaurant?
Yes. We know that you will have questions after you have opened your restaurant. We are available to help you with operations consultants; 800# help line, and other ongoing support.
