Training and Support
Our goal is to help you prosper… and have some fun while doing it! We do that in part by providing you the proper tools, training, supports, and systems. Initial TrainingProfessor Egghead Science Academy will take all new Franchise owners through a 4-5 day comprehensive training at our Franchise support headquarters. In addition, within months of opening your Franchise, we will spend 1-2 days of onsite training at your location to assist you in developing marketing and sales strategies and to offer technical advice as needed.
We will take you through all steps regarding setting up & running your franchised business. Our training will include:
- Use of our proprietary operations manual, equipment and supply chain
- Human resources and operations
- Quality control
- Sales & marketing
- Management of your website
- Use of our proprietary software and systems.
The support doesn't stop after you've signed your Franchise agreement. We believe in supporting our franchisees with ongoing support before and after you open your franchise. We understand that a strong support system is important for all involved and vital to our franchisees success. After your initial training, we continue to provide support & advice, which includes: administrative, technical, marketing, operational, and general business advice and/or support.
Ideal Candidate
You do not need to have a science background or any previous teaching experience to be a Professor Egghead Science Academy Franchisee. However, you must be friendly, outgoing and motivated to succeed. Franchisees must have a strong and honest work ethic. Prior business experience, while preferred, is not required. Franchisees that are passionate, organized and able to lead a team as a responsible business owner is what we are seeking. Since this is a children's service franchise, you must enjoy working with children. A franchisee should be ready to make a full time commitment and enter the process with at least 50-60k in liquid capital.
