While those services primarily rely on paper-based worksheets and memorization, Squirrel Ai offers Level 5 Self-Directed Learning System powered by our cutting-edge AI adaptive learning platform. Students learn independently in our self-study center using our intelligent tablet system with the LAM (Large Adaptive Model), supported by a human data analyst (instructor) who tracks progress and learning behavior data in real-time and adjusts learning plans accordingly. Additionally, parents have 24/7 access to detailed metrics and insights into their child's learning journey, providing a level of transparency and customization that traditional methods can't match.

Squirrel Ai's Large Adaptive Model (LAM) Learning System uses advanced AI technology to understand each child's unique learning needs and create a personalized learning path that keeps them engaged and motivated. By breaking every subject into ultra-granular learning objectives, it accurately pinpoints knowledge gaps and delivers the right content at the right time for every student. Getting Started

Every aspect of our operations at Squirrel Ai is designed to support your success. The startup process is streamlined, requiring minimal real estate, no inventory, and limited staffing. Total initial investment for the first year ranges from $110,000 to $137,000, including the franchise fee.

The $60,000 franchise fee includes 150 learning accounts, which can be directly sold to parents. Effectively, this portion of the investment can be fully recovered through account sales, making the net cost of the learning accounts essentially zero. To support our first 30 early franchisees, each included learning account will come with a learning tablet valued at $300–$400, representing a total additional value of $45,000–$60,000.
