History
Joseph Trapuzzano, a native Philadelphian/South Jersey boy, grew up in the family restaurant businesses slinging cheesesteaks since he could reach the grill. With over 41 years experience his background includes: 1988 T.J.'s Hoagie Factory and Pizzeria, owner, Perkasie, PA, in 1986 Broadway Pizza and Steaks Brooklawn, NJ. In the past six years Joe owned and operated, with great success, two Famous Philly's Beef & Beer Family Sports Pubs, featuring his Famous Philly's cheesesteak concept. Out of this came ZANNO'Z Famous Philly's Cheesesteak Grill, where he plans to take his cheesesteak concept to a new national level. He calls the cheesesteak, "the greatest all American sandwich ever made."

The sample restaurant was built in Port Orange, Florida. There is one thing Joseph wants to be known for and that is Cheesesteaks. History has attached the name "Zano's" to Joe (let's go get a cheesesteak over at Zano's Place) which is Zano's short for Trapuzzano, so the name stuck and with a slight alteration "Zanno'Z" was born.

Comprehensive Store Opening Assistance

• Our Pre-Opening Manual covers all of the steps of how to open a new Zanno'Z, thereby guiding you toward a successful Grand Opening for your store. We provide assistance with site evaluation, lease negotiation, marketing and advertising support and training.
• Customized floor plans for decor and equipment placement and specifications are provided as part of our pre-opening support.

• Training in our unique One-on-One Success Development Program is performed over a four week period in a Zanno'Z store.
• On-site assistance is provided during the initial week your store is open.

• Our support line helps you with any questions and we encourage its use to take full advantage of our expertise. Our success development support staff consults with our franchisees regularly providing guidance in the areas of operations, marketing, food preparation techniques and cost control management.
• We negotiate national purchase contracts with approved suppliers for food, equipment and other services which offer you the benefit of lower costs.
• All vendor rebates taken as income by many franchisors are used to offset the product cost to the franchisee.
