The Process
Step One:
Identify and Calibrate Your Priorities. This is the critical step in franchise exploration. By properly calibrating your personal, professional and financial goals along with your skillset, strengths and time commitment - anything appropriate for business ownership - everything else falls in place. We will discuss what is important to you in a business such as more flexibility, no/low employee count, home based or retail location, building equity, etc.
Step Two:
Franchise Matching. A personal business model is created and compared to leading franchise brands. Part science and part art, franchise matches are identified that meet your unique goals and objectives.
Step Three:
Evaluate Compatible Franchises. During the discovery phase you will speak regularly with the franchisor, review documents (eg. the FDD) and validate with franchisees. You will learn everything needed for an informed decision and I will prepare, coach, educate and support you through the process.
