What is 9Round?

9Round was founded with humble beginnings in 2008 by Shannon “The Cannon” Hudson, a World Champion Kickboxer, and his wife Heather “The Hero” Hudson, an avid fitness enthusiast.

Since then, with the help of our franchisees and their teams, our kickboxing-fitness franchise has grown tremendously with over 600 locations now open and has been delivering fast, effective, full-body workouts to members of local studios in the U.S., Canada, and across the globe—including studios in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, the UAE, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Qatar, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia.

We’re expanding rapidly as 9Round continues to gain popularity as people search for a fast, fun workout they don’t have to schedule their lives around.

With a kickboxing instructor facilitating each workout, 9Round is able to ensure each session is effective for every member at every fitness level.

Accountability: Not only are our energetic 9Round trainers there to lead and motivate members through each day’s professionally programmed, unique workout, but they also provide accountability check-ins to make sure members show up and stay on track with their goals.

Nutrition Support: Because we know that working out alone isn’t enough to get members to their fitness goals, we offer nutritional guidance through the online Member Portal. 9Rounders can access a comprehensive, easy-to-follow nutrition guide, along with new recipes, tips, and additional content added each month.

Branded nutritional supplements are also available for members to purchase through local studios.

Dedicated Franchise Coaching: Your Onboarding Coach supports and guides you through the entire pre-opening process, from coordinating with vendors and studio design, and more. After opening, you’re paired with an Ongoing Franchise Business Coach who can guide you long-term as you operate your studio.

Real Estate Selection: With sophisticated site-selection technology at their fingertips and connections to local brokers, our expert real estate department will assist as you select your studio location.

Pre-Opening Training: Through our online Introductory courses and our immersive new owner Training Camp held at 9Round’s World Headquarters, we help equip you with the knowledge of our systems and processes you’ll need to operate your studio.

Plug-and-Play Marketing Campaigns: 9Round marketing campaigns help create buzz around your new gym and help drive potential members to your studio before opening. After opening, we continue providing monthly marketing plans to help generate engagement among current members and drive new prospects to your studio on a local level.

Professionally Programmed Workouts: All 9Round studios are provided Daily Workout videos with detailed instructions on how to perform each of the exercises, as well as member training tips. Special workout events are also included on a regular basis to help increase member engagement at your studio.

Ongoing Online Training: Designed to teach you all 9Round's systems and processes, and help you train your team. This online training is updated each time we advance our training techniques to keep you on the cutting edge.

Field Support Team: Provides in-person visits at grand openings or mature studios to deliver in-person training and build stronger relationships with our franchisees
