It is a $100 billion dollar industry. Is recession proof. Every building you see is a potential customer.

How has your industry changed in the last 10 years?  20 years? 

Green cleaning and cleaning for health have become very important.

What trends do you see in your industry over the next 5 years?  Next 10 years? 

New chemicals and technology is always being developed  to improve cleanliness and efficiencies.

What is the biggest concern about your industry that a franchisee candidate should be aware of and investigate? 

There is a lot of competition, but only because it is such a huge industry.

Why do you think your company stands out in the industry? 

We have some unique elements regarding our model and multiple revenue streams for our franchisees.

What makes your franchise/ business opportunity more attractive than your competitor’s? 

Multiple revenue streams that our competitors do not have.

Describe the ideal candidate.  Do you think your requirements are any different than your competitor’s? 

Our ideal candidate is a good B2B Sales Manager.

What’s the strongest skill you require in a candidate?  

Outside B2B sales skills.

Describe the working environment of your franchisees.  Is your environment typical of other companies in your industry? 

Small executive office managing a small staff of just 5-10 employees.

Why has your company been successful? 

24 years of development and good leadership.

What advice would you give someone interested in buying a franchise in your industry?  

It is a low overhead, fast R.O.I. business model, with very high earnings potential.

No industry experience is needed.
