• Single Gym Owner: This option is for someone who doesn't want a lot of management of employees in their business and either chooses to manage the gym themselves or hire a manager. Investment $45,000 to $60,000



• Multi-Gym Owner: This option is for someone who wants to own and manage a small chain of our gyms and leverage their resources in a specific geographic market. The cash investment for multiple gym ownership is as follows:
  • First Gym: $45,000 to $60,000
  • Second Gym: $35,000 to $50,000
  • Third and all subsequent Gyms: $25,000 to $40,000
