Our Story

Benny Marzano’s, aka “The Mothership”, was born out of necessity, and hit the downtown Blacksburg, VA scene in September 2011. Since then, it has been providing the local community with hugely oversized slices of pizza heaven. In just 8 years, Benny’s has grown to 20 locations across 5 states. Benny’s is on pace to sell 375,000 pizzas this year, enough to feed 3 million happy customers.

We are more than just giant slices. Of course we are proud of being voted “Best Pizza” in most of the towns we are in but it is the connection we have with people that sets us apart. We help revitalize historic downtowns, redefine bar scenes, and recreate people’s downtown routines. You don’t go into town just for pizza, you go for Benny’s.

We are looking for a STAR, someone who goes above and beyond like Benny himself. Passion, drive and fearlessness. We look for people with a strong background in management leadership and communication skills but restaurant experience is NOT a requirement.
