Become a part of a multi-billion dollar niche industry with high demand. Unfortunately, death scenes occur daily, yet no one should ever face the cleanup of their loved one. With over 18 years of experience testing our systems, techniques, and proven strategies for business success, you can join the BioTechs brand and catch this industry while it is still in its infancy. Along with our many years of real-world experience, we teamed with iFranchise (the world’s premier franchising consulting firm with the most knowledgeable and experienced franchise consultants in the industry) to not only offer this unique opportunity, but to ensure we bring you the best quality in the BioTechs franchise.
We believe the systems, products, services, and programs offered by BioTechs gives us a competitive advantage over other crime scene cleaning companies. Once you complete our week long training, you will be competent and confident to handle any scene. There are many reasons BioTechs franchisees are successful. Some of those reasons include:
Imagine the confidence you will have after getting trained directly from the owners with over 18 years experience and who have both physically performed biohazard remediation services over the years. The CEO is OSHA certified trainer and a Master Certified Bio-Recovery Technician by American Bio- Recovery Association. The founder has over 23 years law enforcement experience and is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. The founder and CEO were on scene as Incident Commanders for the mass shooting that occurred at Sutherland Springs 1st Baptist Church. BioTechs does not sell franchises without first-hand knowledge of the business. Not all Crime & Trauma Scene Cleaning franchises are offered by owners that have actually decontaminated scenes.
Franchisees also receive training from two of our Lead Technicians that have worked with us for the past 18 years. One is a Battalion Chief with San Antonio Fire Department and the other a Captain in the San Antonio Fire Department. Both these Lead Technicians were on site and assisted with many, many high profile cases in the past. Both technicians will be training you as well.
BioTechs is a company that has integrity for everyone we help, including you. You will be supported, trained, and coached along the way down the franchisee path. The same unparalleled service we have given our clients for the past 18 years, you will receive from us on your journey to a successful franchise. BioTechs has a great reputation, never been sued, and trusted with extremely sensitive cleanups such as mass shooting in Sutherland Springs and Santa Fe High School. We have many police, county, city and other municipality contracts. BioTechs is the only crime & trauma scene cleaning company awarded the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s Infectious or Biohazard Waste contract. We are trusted because we do the right thing, it’s that simple.
BioTechs specializes in decontamination of the following:
We're looking for franchise owners who are compassionate, caring and professional. Retired police officers or military, active police, fire fighters, or EMTs are ideal as they have experience handling these types of scenes. They know how to bring calm to chaos. However, this is not a requirement.
Our first franchise did not have first responder’s background and have been very successful. The candidate just needs to be willing to be on-call 24/7 to assist families after a tragedy and can not be bothered with the sight of blood or other bodily fluids. Our motto is “We Are Here So The Healing Can Begin” so you must be willing to respond at any time to help families start their healing process as quickly as possible.
The candidate must be able to easily and quickly build relationships, lead a team, and holds integrity and respect for the deceased in the utmost regard. They must have sales, marketing, and/or management experience, and strongly support the law enforcement community. A minimum of $63,500 in liquid capital and ready to make a full-time commitment.
