Ideal Candidate

We know from experience that these are the requirements, traits and competencies that are essential to become a successful BoConcept franchisee:

• Please note there is a finance solution available to potential franchisees. The minimum capital to qualify is $150,000.
• Depending on size and location the total start up investment required for a Brand Store or Inspiration Store is between $350,000 - 750,000
• You are willing and have the capacity to open 1-5 Brand/Inspiration Stores within an agreed geographic area
• You have a positive attitude towards employee involvement and are willing to delegate and motivate your employees
• You have a personal passion for design, style, and trends. Industry experience is not as important as passion
• Words people use to describe you: responsible, creative, mentor, understanding, hard worker, motivator, honest, extrovert and open minded
• You aspire to provide a new level of customer service in your community
• You understand that you are a team member of a global brand and that you develop your business according to the concept
• You have business knowledge and experience, and therefore a good foundation for running a business
• You have experience in sales, sales management or customer service

The Next Steps

Phase 1 – Making the contact

If you match the BoConcept Franchisee profile and are interested in opening your own BoConcept store and becoming a member of the chain, please complete the application form below. The application form is then evaluated and you will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not.

Phase 2 - Exchange of information

When the application form is accepted, you will have to sign a confidentiality agreement before you meet with the Master Franchisee for a structured interview, personality profile and further presentation of our concept. If we, hereafter, decide to continue, the intent to proceed fee is paid.

Phase 3 – Execution of contract

A business plan including description of the start-up team, the area, marketing, budget and action plan must be prepared. When the location is selected and signed, a project plan is presented for approval. Budgets are corrected according to final location and approved by BoConcept headquarters. The franchise agreement is signed and entrance fee is paid. Then the project is executed according to the detailed BoConcept Store Opening Process.
