Certified Travel Services has enjoyed a reputation of providing superior travel services since we opened our doors seventeen years ago. We have grown from a small company serving the needs of Oklahoma travelers to a multi-million dollar agency with independent travel agent-associates in all parts of the United States.


By using state of the art computer reservations systems and the Internet for researching our client's requests we provide the travel packages best suited to our client's travel needs and budgets.

Own a Certified Travel Agency Program
Now, you can open your own full-service travel agency at home or as a part of your present business. The choice is yours.

The Home-Based Option
Sell cruises and vacation packages from your home office. Organize group tours and go along as tour leader at no cost. Arrange air travel, car rentals and hotel accommodations for both your business and leisure travelers. Your travel business will grow as you expand your customer base through innovative ideas and hard work. Since we provide complete training, no travel agency experience is required. However, if you are already an experienced travel agent, the cost of joining our program is substantially reduced and you will earn 100% of the commissions paid by travel vendors instead of working for a salary or splitting the commission.

The Business-Based Option
As an affiliate of Certified Travel Services you will be able to market a complete line of travel services in addition to the goods and services associated with your present business. Your new travel agency will carry the name of your present business, already well known in your community. Many communities lack the services of a good travel agent. By using a vacant area in your store or office or adding a modest amount of space you can fill this need at little additional cost to your present business.

If there is no travel agent in your town or immediate area you have a real opportunity to provide a needed service. Many different types of businesses can successfully add travel services to their store or office. If you have a business that meets any of the following criteria, you should consider this opportunity:
  • Your business is well known
  • You have a good location
  • You attract a large number of people to your present business that would be interested purchasing cruises and vacation packages.
  • There are no nearby travel agencies
  • You have a modest amount of space or can add space for a travel desk

Marketing Support
The success of your new travel agency will depend, in large part, on your willingness and ability to promote your new business to the public, including the business contacts you have already developed and your circle of acquaintances. We'll provide you with a system that will give you instant access to the information you need to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding service to your customers. With our system you can quickly turn a cruise or a tour promotion into a direct marketing campaign, by finding all interested clients and prospects in your database looking for the product you are selling.

Software Provided
You will be provided with the most comprehensive computer reservations system available – the Sabre system. This is the same system used by thousands of professional travel agents. You will also receive the Trams DataBase Plus travel marketing and management system. With this system you will be able to produce customized invoices and itineraries for your customers, keep track of your clients and manage your business effectively.

Training & Support
Our training facility in Oklahoma City has been equipped and designed to quickly give you all the information and training you need to be confident in professionally providing a high level of service to your customers. Classes are limited in size to insure that you receive all the personal attention you need. We first provide you with four days of comprehensive training at our facility in Oklahoma City, a cruise orientation seminar including ship inspections in Miami or Los Angeles and two days of training in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta or New York. The four-day session is designed to familiarize you with the travel industry and teach you how to market cruises, vacation packages, air tickets, hotel rooms and car rentals.

To help support you as your begin to grow your business, our staff of travel experts will be available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We are only a phone call away when you run into a problem you can't handle. We also maintain a password protected area of our web site entirely devoted to supporting you. It includes all of the operating and training manuals you need to operate your travel agency.
