TRAINING

Clear Lights® has an extensive training program to ensure that franchisees are given the tools and knowledge that they need to run their business. You'll learn the specialized Clear Lights® methods and acquire a background in administrative, operational, sales/marketing matters and more with in-depth classroom instruction. On the job training will give you a feel for performing the work and provide you with first hand exposure to our customer service and sales techniques. When you are ready to open your Clear Lights® franchise, a trainer will be with you to assist in making your opening as smooth as possible, as well as help you with account acquisition.

JOINING THE TEAM

Clear Lights® is looking for select individuals that are a perfect fit for our culture, dedication, and passion. You must possess strong sales and customer service abilities, and be outgoing with well developed people skills. Self motivation and the physical ability to perform manual labor are also necessary.

Additionally, we are looking for individuals that are charismatic, friendly, and giving as Clear Lights® owners are expected to be involved in their communities. You should possess high personal standards of integrity, honesty and excellence. Former automotive experience will be considered a plus, but is not necessary.
