1. HVAC Knowledgeable and Experienced Leader. You should have a solid set of HVAC practices and be good with your hands. Having technical knowhow and appropriate local CERTIFICATIONS is a huge plus for performing in the business, as well as training new staff, although some of this will be taught in the franchisee training program.
