What Is Delta Life Fitness?
Delta Life Fitness is a women’s only group training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. By incorporating the science of the female metabolism, Delta Life’s training is specifically designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Led by skilled trainers, participants use a variety of equipment including TRX suspension training, free weights, and battle ropes, burning up to 900 calories including after-burn. The results are more energy, visible toning, weight loss and extra calorie burn post-workout.
Women throughout the United States are seeing the changes, both physically and mentally. As Delta Life Fitness grows, we continue to look for franchisees to assist with our expansion.

The Franchising Process
- Research - Browse the website and submit your initial information
- Phone Interview - A phone interview session will take place to discuss interests, background, and financials. Additionally, you will be presented with the Franchise Disclosure Document and the formal franchisee application.
- Franchise Application - If approved, an in person interview will be scheduled with Delta Life Fitness’ Director of Franchise Development.
- In Person Interview - A face to face interview will be scheduled allowing you to meet both the Delta Life Fitness team and the Director of Franchise Development.
- Formal Franchisee Selection - You will be notified if you are selected as a new Delta Life Fitness franchisee owner.
- Execution of Franchise Agreement - Sign a Franchise Agreement with Delta Life Fitness within 30 days of approval.
- Open Your Location - It takes an average of six months from signing the agreement to opening your Delta Life doors. Other initial steps will include hiring and training a team, and getting the word out in your community. Get ready to change lives!
