The beauty of a Fence Dynamics Franchise is that you’re not required to have any specific experience in the fencing industry prior to joining our program. You and/or your operations manager should, however, have solid sales and customer service skills, ample business management experience, and good supervisory skills. These will help you to develop a strong sales and operations team. We do prefer to work with owner-operators who will commit to being hands-on with the daily management of the business. We’re looking for a person who can build relationships, lead a team, and who has the motivation to excel! You must have a minimum of $50k in liquid capital, and be ready to make a full-time commitment.
