Our group exercise studios offer a moderately paced, 30-minute workout program that is fun for the members, and fun for you! No other fitness facility or program meets the needs of today\'s active adult quite as well as a Fit After 50 fitness studio franchise. Our objective is to better serve the fitness needs of fifty-plus women and men who:
- Desire to live better and live younger
- Have a great interest in improving their health and wellness
- Feel uncomfortable in typical youth oriented exercise facilities
- Desire moderate exercise in a social setting
Our studios are client-oriented and easy to operate. We provide a social, supportive, non-intimidating environment for our members. For the franchise owners, it\'s a sociable, pleasant work experience....while working with a congenial, respectful clientele.
The FunFit™ Program for members:
- Easy - Free personal instruction makes it easy to learn each fitness station. Because we make it FUN, it is easy to stick with. Exercising in a group provides "work out buddies" that keep members motivated to maintain their membership.
- Enjoyable & Effective - The 30-minute program that members attend 3 times a week is ideal for achieving and maintaining fitness goals. By alternating strength stations with aerobic stations and changing stations every 40 seconds, members get a complete work out that never gets boring.
- Fun & Social - Members exercise to happy and energizing music with their work out buddies. The 30-minute work out is so much fun that it is often over before the member realizes it.
- Increases Energy, Strength & Flexibility - Each easy to use fitness station is designed to improve each of the muscle groups important to strength and flexibility. The result is improved overall energy.
