FleetBrite team members perform a vast array of power washing services and are trained to listen to the customer’s needs and provide them with superior customer service in a prompt, professional manner. FleetBrite decided to begin its expansion plan after more than a decade of successful operations in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. The goal of each new FleetBrite franchisee will be to ensure quality and provide a pleasant experience for each customer.
The experienced management of FleetBrite felt that there was a need for a more functional, streamlined, and simpler solution than what is currently being offered and thus, created the FleetBrite franchise model. There is ample room in the existing marketplace for substantial improvement in professionalism, efficiencies and profitability in the power washing business.
Training Provided at The Franchisor’s Location – FleetBrite will provide franchisees with approximately 2 weeks of initial training at the Franchisor’s location, beginning approximately four to six weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. This will include one week of sales, estimating, & working with Quick Books and one week of training at a job site learning the cleaning processes. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to one other team member.
Training Provided at The Franchisee's Location – On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations of their franchise. An experienced trainer from FleetBrite may provide on-site training for a period of up to three days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.
Ongoing Training – One session per year; 1-2 days of refresher/update training or meetings.
FleetBrite will be offering exclusive territories to their franchisees as one of the key benefits to early adopters. Exclusive territories can offer a competitive advantage in the franchise sales and marketing environment. As a result, the FleetBrite system will grant its franchisees an exclusive territory and will use this as competitive advantage against other non-territory franchise concepts. No other franchisees will be permitted to open in that market. Franchisees will also be given protection over the accounts in that market.
