At Gloria Jean's Coffees, it's important to us to learn that you have what it takes to enjoy this type of business, and to be successful in it. That's why we take the time to get to know you and ensure that you are well informed about our values, brand and business systems.

The Gloria Jean's Coffees training program will assist you in getting ready to open your store. As a Gloria Jean's Coffees Franchisee, you benefit from working with an experienced and well-established franchise team, with comprehensive training, and ongoing operational & marketing support.

At Gloria Jean's Coffees, we run our very own Franchise Partner Induction Program where each new Franchisee attends our Coffee University to learn the art and the business of making quality espresso coffee.

Barista Diamond, our global espresso training program, offers four levels of training to Gloria Jean's Coffees Baristas around the world to continually build and up-skill our Baristas.

With support from a passionate and driven Operations Team, coupled with our Franchise Support systems, you'll be part of an established brand, with all the support you require to build a rewarding business.

Ideal Candidate

Gloria Jean's is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, easily motivated, energetic and interested with a strong sense of team work and strong loyalty for the brand. Proactive in approach, genuine and kind, they are attractive people to be around as they connect sincerely to the team and guests around them.

Franchisees of the Gloria Jean's Coffees franchise system are eligible for expedited and stream-lined financing through the SBA's Franchise Registry program.

Interested parties should have at least $200,000 in liquid capital to invest for single-unit development. The financial criteria for Area Developers is dependent upon the number of locations to be developed in the region.
