HomesSoldByOwners is a For Sale by Owner website that helps bring Real Estate Buyers and Sellers together allowing both parties to save thousands by avoiding large Realtor fees. The website allows Sellers to display multiple pictures and information about the property they are trying to sell, assisting them in their advertising efforts.
Each franchise owner of HomesSoldByOwners has a sponsorship relationship with the company. Each Franchise Sponsor has the right to create their own list of services they will perform and the holds the right to set their own fee schedule for any such services. Franchise owners can charge both the seller for the listing and yard sign service as well as any advertisers they add to their website. (i.e. Mortgage Companies, Insurance agents, Realtors, Title Companies, Appraisers, Attorneys, Movers, etc.)
The Difference Between Us and Them:
Most "For Sale By Owner" Website companies are highly priced websites. We suggest that you offer a flat price of $99.00 for listing and sign. Most companies will also have additional charges for the signs, fliers, additional pictures, and will have a limited amount of time that each listing can be on their site before they will ask for more money.
