We're looking for business professionals who have earned their BA and MBA and possess at least 15 years of experience in sales management or who possess equivalent years of experience in the home improvement industry. Our ideal candidate is one who has cultivated deep relationships with builders, realtors, and interior designers in their local community and enjoys doing so. Our candidate's high business acumen and management experience must be complemented by their personable nature and passion for creating raving fans of the Inspired Closets brand. Candidates must embody our brand promise, which is to inspire customers at every touchpoint ensuring that every Inspired Closets customer experiences the "I love my closet" feeling.

Our onboarding process consists of 5 steps, and our corporate development team consists of subject matter experts from each of the major business disciplines who delight in launching new partners. Our onboarding project lead and our team of experts will guide you through every step of the launch process. A detailed launch schedule and weekly stand-up meetings ensure a successful launch. Post launch, our marketing and sales teams continue to be a resource available to you at no cost.
