Globally, fast food generates revenue of over $570 billion. There are over 200,000 fast food restaurants in the United States and it is estimated that 50 million Americans eat at one of them every single day. Consumers of fast food focus on taste, price and quality - in that order. While the food is often highly processed and prepared in an assembly line, these restaurants focus on consistency of experience, affordability, and you guessed it - speed.
What trends do you see in your industry over the next 5 years? Next 10 years?
The trend is towards healthy, quality driven options.

The entire experience. We do not just strive for great food but also great service and a memorable environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self motivated leader with the ability to inspire a team to greatness. We do not look at restaurants as just numbers. We are very involved in the community and have a vested interest in your success.
What’s the strongest skill you require in a candidate?
Communication and local marketing.
Why has your company been successful?
We are successful because every person that comes thru the door is treated like family. Guests, vendors, etc. Everyone is treated like they would be if they came into our home.
