Location and Storefronts
Jimmy Z’s Square Pizza® shops range in size from 600 - 1000 sq. ft. Store fronts are located mainly in freestanding buildings or retail areas in small towns. Most of our shop locations are rented or leased by a franchisee rather than being purchased. Accessibility to residential areas with high pedestrian traffic flow is a major consideration in the selection of a Jimmy Z’s Square Pizza® location.

We’re Hands On

• Jimmy Z’s Square Pizza® takes a hands-on approach to the development and implementation of its franchise support programs, both during your build out, and as you get your store up and running.
• For site selection, we establish your exclusive territory based on strategy and information drawn from years of business experience.
• Jimmy Z’s Square Pizza® will provide an extensive training program designed to make the franchisee successful.
• The Program includes both classroom and business training along with hands on operations training at one of our locations.

Advertsing and Marketing Support
A Jimmy Z’s Consultant will work closely with franchisees to increase sales and profit at the unit level. Your consultant will be especially helpful in your marketing and advertising efforts:

• Designing insert flyers
• Creating point-of-sale banners
• Promotions:
  • Fund raising activities with local schools, booster clubs and many other community groups

Your Slice of the Pie
The initial cash investment to develop a Jimmy Z’s Square Pizza® franchise store will be a minimum of $25K. Depending on leasehold improvements*, the total cost to open a franchise can range anywhere from $90 - 140K.*
