- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION - Our Construction Management Team will work side by side with you throughout the design and construction process. From the initial layout, to receiving your complete plans, to selecting a general contractor, to managing the construction process, we'll be with you every step of the way.
- TRAINING - From seasoned veterans to new restaurant operators, our programs are customized to your needs. Our training programs are a combination of classroom style learning and hands-on training to ensure success for each location. We will be there to train your entire team at the opening
- GRAND OPENING - Our store opening team will be there with you to ensure a great opening. They will work with you to implement the grand opening marketing plan. They will train your team on all aspects of running the restaurant!
- ONGOING SUPPORT - Your support doesn't stop with the opening. You will have weekly calls with a member of our operations team. This team member will be your one stop shop. He or she will work with you on all aspects of running your Mahana Fresh restaurant. S/he will serve as your liaison with any other team members that you need to interact with. Your success is our success!
