Franchise Information

People invest in a franchise because they believe that the franchiser possesses certain methods and systems that are worth purchasing, known collectively as "support" services. We believe that these are a central component to our franchise program. Our support services are broken down into two categories: Start-Up Services and Ongoing Services.

Start-up services are provided prior to and during the opening of the franchise. These services have been developed from years of research and trial and error on our part and have been found to reduce the number of mistakes and challenges a franchisee may face versus "going it alone". The franchise fee provides the revenue to offset the cost of providing these services.

Ongoing support services are provided throughout the term of the relationship with the franchisee. The royalty fee provides the revenue to offset the cost of providing these services. It is important that we offer franchisees ongoing services because they need reassurance that we are in business to assist them on a long-term basis.
