NARPRO franchisees offer marketing services to independent collision and auto repair shops throughout the country. Our members are independent, neighborhood auto repair shops who sign onto our marketing program. Our marketing promotes our members' quality, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Training and Support

Comprehensive Initial Training – Franchisees' receive NARPRO's hands-on, start-up training in beautiful Tempe, Arizona. There, your training will cover every aspect of the NARPRO Franchising System. Our expert instructors will show you how to effectively market and build your business, operate the NARPRO customer relationship software system, coordinate your local shops, manage the administrative aspects of your business and initiate local marketing efforts. To further solidify the training experience, you will receive ongoing coaching and webinars throughout the year from the NARPRO corporate staff. You'll gain real world experience as our trainer's help you set up and grow your business.

NARPRO Manual Suite – NARPRO's one-of-a-kind manual suite is a primary reason NARPRO franchisees get off to a fast start. From pre-training activities that hold your hand through every detail of your new business's start-up, through critical day-to-day activities; NARPRO has created comprehensive, easily referenced manuals to ensure you can find the information you need when you need it.

Inclusion on our industry leading website – NARPRO has spent tremendous time and energy to develop a website for our clients and franchisees. NARPRO.com allows consumers to easily find shops convenient to them that have expertise in their make and model of vehicle. Consumers can view the shops' web page including pictures, NARPRO verified facts and ratings, and real customer reviews before they make their choice. NARPRO franchisees speak with local shop owners and show them the value of being listed on a well designed, highly trafficked website.

Marketing Suite – NARPRO understands the value of a comprehensive marketing approach to help find, attract and promote the best independent shops in your market. Therefore NARPRO has created and implements broadcast advertising, internet resources, public relations, and social media marketing to help promote your local member shops. In addition, NARPRO arms you with E-mail marketing, lists of prospects, business cards, and brochures that are ready to be downloaded and printed.
