Support & Training

Qualified franchisees receive 4-5 weeks of training at a certified training facility, where they learn daily operations, administrative duties, POS system training, health and sanitation processes, profit and loss statement analysis, and most importantly, how to promote Off The Hook culture!

Certified trainers will travel to your site to help set up and train franchise team members and staff prior and during the opening of your Off The Hook franchise. We are dedicated to making you a success.
