Boutique fitness is strong and not going anywhere and real hot yoga is more than just boutique fitness. Our fitness approach to yoga makes it less foreign and more accessible to more people. Everyone can do real hot yoga. Clients get on their mats to find their strength, flexibility, and balance. Over time as clients learn to stay present and grounded in their practice they also find their confidence, sense of peace, gratitude, and empowerment. All of this eventually spills off their mat and into their lives. When you receive that first email from a client thanking you for all the ways real hot yoga has changed their life, you will know you are in the right business.
At real hot yoga we build more than yoga studios, we build communities. And that might be the most valuable thing you can offer your clients. It's an honor and a privilege to offer a space where clients feel comfortable coming to find solace in hard times and also to celebrate their joys and success.
real hot yoga offers only the most state-of-the-art hot yoga studios. Our 1,000+ square foot yoga rooms feature a heating system designed specifically for hot yoga. It offers precise temperature and humidity control; and a UV air filtration system, which removes 99% of germs, bacteria, viruses, and odors from the air.
The heat is beneficial because warm muscles are flexible muscles, allowing you to achieve a deeper stretch with less chance of injury. The heat aids also in detoxifying the body to make you feel energized and invigorated! It also adds a cardiovascular element other yoga classes don’t offer making any hot yoga class at real hot yoga a great option for overall fitness.
However, it’s the humidity that makes real hot yoga’s studio state-of-the-art. There are a lot of ways to heat a room, but heating alone removes virtually all humidity from the air causing perspiration to evaporate as fast as the body can produce it leading to dehydration and exhaustion. At real hot yoga we maintain a comfortable, healthy, humidity of 40-50%. The humidity prevents perspiration from evaporating. When perspiration sits on the skin it allows our body’s cooling system (perspiration) to do what it’s intended to do – maintain a safe internal body temperature. Contrary to popular belief, our humidity doesn’t cause you to sweat more, the lack of evaporation helps to prevent dehydration you might experience in a heated environment without proper humidity.
We provide a tuition-free initial Real Hot Yoga training program which includes orientation to the Real Hot Yoga system; customer service; operational management; financial management; computer software use; advertising and marketing; and reporting procedures. The training lasts up to 2 weeks or less depending on your existing experience level. We provide 4 days of free cost onsite assistance upon opening.
