This is paid to REZcity.com to cover cost of assistance and supervision in start-up, training, continuing assistance and follow-up and covers initial supplies, forms, manuals, etc.
2) SERVICE (HOSTING) FEE (yearly flat fee)
First Twelve Months (1st Year) $150
Thereafter (Each Additional Year) C.P.I. Increase**
* Franchise Fee is $1500 per 25,000 in population to own your local city portal. Additional fees of four cents ($0.06) per name over 25,000 in population.
**Master fee is based on selecting 300 units and also receiving matching 300 units under a non-obligations sales agreement increase the rights to 600 units of exclusive territory. A unit is a town of less than 25,000 or when larger than that we price at .06 cent per name.
**C.P.I. - Consumer Price Index used as basis for year increase. The C.P.I. rate is established by the United States Government.
