We are looking for the best! A person with an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to running a professional business operation. To display the RSU brand, we'll expect a commitment and level of expertise from you, including: financial capabilities, business experience, construction experience, a commitment to operate & grow the business and a cultural fit with the RSU brand.
Training includes initial orientation and one week of intense training at our headquarters. On-site sessions for 3 days to support your Grand Opening and another training session on-site for 3 days approximately 30 days after opening. The Franchisee Command Center includes online resources, we have an annual convention and our Field Support Team offers routine visits and on-going support. "Our Business is your Success!"
My House at RSU offers consumers a home management software program where clients can select from several tools:
