TRAINING AND SUPPORT
Our role as a franchisor is to put you in business and keep you in business profitably. Real estate selection assistance, construction coordination, comprehensive training, marketing programs and continuous management consultation are all part of our operator-based franchise package.
Our comprehensive training program includes a seventeen-day intensive training program at Salsa University along with two full weeks of on-site training with our grand opening specialists. Our franchise consultant corps is comprised of franchise veterans who bring their daily operational expertise to bear on every aspect of your business.
