Spris Pizza is a fast casual pizza concept featuring Italian, artisan-style pizzas, paninis, and salads. We are committed to the best ingredients.
Since 1998, Spris has brought authentic brick-oven pizza to Miami, and needless to say, the super-fresh ingredients, crispy thin crust, and artisanal approach to food quickly made Spris THE place for a casual healthy bite in South Beach.
Unlike so many of its competitors, Spris makes pizza the old-fashioned way, letting the dough rise overnight, just like in Italy! Some of our ingredients also are from Italy: Spris’ Italian organic flour from Molino Grassi and olive oil from Costa d’Oro, which make for an authentic dough!
We are driven by our “Passione Italiana!”
Our customers’ reviews are the most telling:
“Great real Milan pizza in South Beach.”
– Luis M. from Tampa, FL
“Amazing pizza! Light, crispy and cheesy.”
– John Z. from Houston, TX
“The best pizza and service on South Beach.”
– Jess B. from Miami Beach, FL
Q: Can I choose to have a multi-unit development agreement?
A: Yes. We offer the opportunity to open multiple restaurants within a defined area. Please contact us for more details.
Q: Once I become a franchisee, will I be flying solo?
A: Surely not. In addition to initial training programs, we provide ongoing support through our Operations Manual and direct access to a Franchise Business representative, who is experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations and management. In addition, our online portal provides the most current information and updates important to your operations.
Q: How long will the entire process take?
A: Based on our experience, we anticipate it will take about six to nine months to develop your first franchised restaurant and get it ready for opening day. However, as you gain experience, the development time should shorten. (We may ask you to complete one restaurant before beginning construction on another.)
