The All American Steakhouse & Sports Theater opened its doors at their flagship store on November 25, 2003 in Edgewater, Maryland. The All American Steakhouse & Sports Theater is a family–friendly casual dining steakhouse providing good-old fashioned, friendly service, while serving high-quality food, featuring dry-aged steaks, hand-cut by our in-house butchers, and all of this in a fun, energetic, sports themed atmosphere.
Quite simply, we would not be in business without our valued guests. We believe we should serve the highest quality food at a good value with service that makes our guests, when they leave, want to come back.
We never take our guests for granted. Any guest who is not 100% satisfied will have a table visit from the manager, who will personally make sure any problem is corrected. Now more than ever, with the great popularity of social media today, we need to ensure our guests leave happier than when they came in to our restaurants.
Each restaurant has an in-house butcher whose sole responsibility is to make sure that our steaks are aged and cut to our critical specifications. While most steakhouses pay a third party cut their steaks, and ship to their units in cryovac packaging, we buy our beef in bulk. Our meat company purchases only Midwestern grain fed cattle, which is held in their facility in a temperature and humidity controlled room. When the beef is aged for 45 to 70 days, it is shipped to our stores where it is only accepted by the butcher or kitchen manager. In fact, each butcher has his own meat room and walk-in refrigerator to cut and dry age the steaks.
The ambience of the restaurant creates a fun, exciting, and energetic atmosphere. With over 20 hi definition televisions throughout the dining room, waiting area, and patio, plus up to 10 six-foot by ten-foot hi definition projection screens, the true sports fan always has their favorite game on. We even have a juke box so guests can play their favorite music while dining at The All American Steakhouse & Sports Theater.
We believe in treating our team members with respect while providing a safe, fun, and professional working environment. Every individual is given the same opportunity to grow within our organization, from hourly employees all the way up to multi-unit managers. We believe in diversity, in treating people with kindness, and in understanding—all with an emphasis on having fun.
Our training program will guide you through our processes and every other phase of the business, giving you the necessary skills for the success of your franchise. The degree of your success, however, will depend on your willingness to learn and to communicate with your customers and with us. Your success is also a function of the amount of time and effort you are willing to devote to learning and executing each phase of the business.
It is our goal to provide our support and these services to you with the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We at the All American Steakhouse & Sports Theater take the partnership we form with each of our franchisees very seriously; this partnership is the foundation of our success. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will keep you and your staff informed and competitive at start-up and beyond.
We are launching our franchise opportunity for those individuals qualified to own and operate this fun, exciting, and financially rewarding business. We firmly believe that our concept will be popular and successful anywhere in the world. It is not only what the consumer is looking for, it’s what they are craving — great quality food with signature steaks in a sports-themed restaurant, good old-fashioned friendly service, and a fun and energetic atmosphere. We're seeking experienced restaurant operators and/or business people.
