Vincent Dardanello, a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and John Angello who has 25 years of experience in restaurant operations, have combined their passions to create The Burger Bistro – a restaurant with a unique focus on providing truly excellent food, and superior service.
In a world where “Burger Joints” are opening locations, unfreezing patties, wrapping them in plastic and serving them to their customers, The Burger Bistro is surprising and delighting its guests by once again showing respect to one of America’s favorite meals. As Vin says, “We treat each burger like it’s a work of art, and then show that same respect to our customers. We genuinely care, and that’s the only reason why we are successful.”

HIGH-END SERVICE - The Burger Bistro is a full-service restaurant with quality cooks, servers and managers. Our upscale setting separates us from the abundance of counter-service concepts.
MEETS GROWING DEMAND - As people move away from fast food and develop more sophisticated palates, they are seeking out better quality food and demanding a higher level of service. Both of which are at the core of The Burger Bistro’s model.
SIMPLE & EFFICIENT - Our small yet efficient kitchens operate simply with a list of fresh and quality ingredients. At The Burger Bistro, we don’t need 3000 square foot locations with huge overhead to generate million dollar stores. Most of our locations are only 1200 sq. ft.
LOW COST OF ENTRY - By utilizing our co-founders’ expertise and experience, we are able to limit the costs of opening a location by more than 50% (compared to our competitors)!
Ideal Candidate: Joining the neighborhood
We would like to find people that have experience in either restaurants and/or business management with a passion for food and people We can teach you the ins and outs of the business but experience will put you ahead. Trained chefs who want to start their own restaurant but seeking the comfort of using a proven system and the support that a franchise provides would make ideal candidates.
Training: Caring for our neighbors
Our initial training is conducted in our offices in Brooklyn, New York over the course of 14 days. Our Hands On Training is designed to engage you and your managers on a one on one basis for up to 140 hours in one of our Corporate locations.
