The Burger Bistro Co-Founders have successfully run restaurants from Boston to Washington D.C.. Vincent Dardanello, a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and John Angello who has 25 years of experience in restaurant operations, have combined their passions to create The Burger Bistro – a restaurant with a unique focus on providing truly excellent food, and superior service.
In a world where “Burger Joints” are opening locations, unfreezing patties, wrapping them in plastic and serving them to their customers, The Burger Bistro is surprising and delighting its guests by once again showing respect to one of America’s favorite meals. We would like to find people that have experience in either restaurants and/or business management with a passion for food and people We can teach you the ins and outs of the business but experience will put you ahead. Trained chefs who want to start their own restaurant but seeking the comfort of using a proven system and the support that a franchise provides would make ideal candidates.
Our initial training is conducted in our offices in Brooklyn, New York over the course of 14 days. Our Hands On Training is designed to engage you and your managers on a one on one basis for up to 140 hours in one of our Corporate locations.
