|Franchising Since:||2019||Home Office:||Melbourne, Florida|
Our mission is to help people love the place they live by making it a cleaner, healthier and more beautiful space without spending thousands of dollars on remodeling.
Serving Florida since 2001, the Grout BOSS (formerly The Grout Pro) has become one of the premier grout cleaning and restoration companies in the state. Family owned and operated, the Grout BOSS knows what it takes to ensure your home is more beautiful than when we arrived. Our skilled technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and work diligently to restore your grout and make your space look brand new.
Grout cleaning and restoration is our specialty, so you can be assured that your home is in competent hands, with an expert that has studied grout and tile for over a decade. When it comes to grout… we’re the BOSS.
Eric Tirado is the Godfather of Grout. He has been in the grout restoration business for nearly 15 years. Though he would never claim to be an expert—he is one. He has successfully built his family owned grout restoration business in South and Central Florida and has since turned his successful model into a fast growing franchise that helps hard working men and women get a piece of the American Dream. Eric is also a veteran of the US Army and helps other veterans successfully reenter the workforce by showing them how to be their own boss… a Grout BOSS.
Creating the ultimate franchise for grout and tile restoration has been a labor of love. We can tell you from personal experience that if you are willing to work hard and embrace the techniques that we teach you—you will be a successful owner of a tile and grout business.
Our noble mission is to restore the original shine to a home-owners tile and give them a space they can be proud of. And our mission as a franchisor is to ensure that you have all the tools necessary to give that homeowner a transformation solution.
We have been in the business of grout restoration for nearly 15 years and we have developed a sales system that is unparalleled in the industry. We don’t use Craig’s list to advertise our business as we know that this is not the customer that we target.

We put the systems in place to guide you to success. It is just a small piece of what we do to exceed your expectations.
“What I am most proud of is that our success directly impacts two initiatives that I am involved with. The Thomas B. Grimm Veterans’ Scholarship and the Boss Initiative Military Veteran’s Fund”
– Eric Tirado
Thomas Grimm was a veteran of The United States Navy and served in Vietnam. Tom was also the father in law of our Founder and CEO Eric Tirado. After leaving the Navy, Tom joined the Bay County Sheriff’s Department in Panama City, Florida where he served 30 years. Tom was a patriot who loved his country. Tom passed from cancer in March of 2017.
The scholarship is in his Honor. With this scholarship, all honorably discharged veterans’ will automatically qualify for our $4,000 scholarship towards their Franchise Fee. We hope that our veterans can seamlessly take the next step into entrepreneurship and continue to serve their communities.
The Grout BOSS know too well the pains our military men and women endure during their careers. Many service members serve multiple tours of duty away from their family or return home from tours with physical and or mental scars. It’s because of their hard work and dedication to protecting our freedoms we have set up our BOSS Initiative Military Veterans’ Fund. With this charity the Grout BOSS will donate a portion of each new franchise fee to a charity that directly helps Veterans in need.
Are you a Veteran? If so—we discount our franchise fee by $4,000. Be sure to let our Franchise Sales team know that you are a Veteran.
