Training

​Franchisees will attend a week long training program at our National Headquarters in Long Beach, CA where they will learn the ins and outs of our system. Once this classroom training is complete, they are then paired with a Mentor Franchisee who they will shadow for a week at their Mentor Training Facility. During this time, new Franchisees will get hands-on experience and get to see once of our very successful Centers in action. For the first six months after opening, the Franchisee is paired with a Mentor and will have weekly phone and/or video calls to answer any questions they may have and receive coaching on how to accelerate the growth of their Center. The Franchisor is always readily available to answer any Franchisee questions and/or requests. As the Franchisor, we are constantly sending out Best Practices and conducting live training webinars to engage our Franchisees and help to train on topics critical to their growth and success. Lastly, Franchisees have the option to send their Head Instructor or Center Director to attend a week long training at the National Headquarters to receive the same level of training that they did before opening. This additional training for Head Instructors and Center Directors is available to all Franchisees at no additional cost paid to Franchisor.​
